'HarborPass' started with an aspiration: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi kin in 1985, our pizza place began as a humble family venture with recipes passed down for generations.

During her time in Italy, our progenitor, Marco Bianchi, mastered the pizza craft under Neapolitan masters. After coming back to the UK, her goal was to emulate the spirit of real Italian pizza, utilizing age-old methods and first-class components.

Our once small 12-seat locale has evolved into a treasured neighborhood fixture, yet we've stayed true to our dedication to excellence and genuineness. We continue to employ traditional wood-oven techniques, prepare our dough each day, and seek out the finest ingredients available.

Today, 'HarborPass' is still in the hands of our family, with the next generation of the Bianchi household at the helm. Our business ethos is unaltered, even as we adopt new techniques: we create appealing, genuine pizza to bring people together.
